Congrats Dr. Hafiz...

Congratulations to Dr. Hafiz and his batch for their convocation ceremony. It started with a family photo, then a "Right of Passage" ceremony, and finally the University's graduation ceremony.

Rites of Passage: Friday 16 July 2010, 10am

The Rites of Passage is the annual graduation event at Charterhouse Square organised by the Students’ Association to celebrate the graduation of students at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. It complements the conferment of degrees at Queen Mary, University of London. This event is attended by Professor Sir Nicholas Wright (the Warden of the School of Medicine and Dentistry) and his team. Previously there were two separate ceremonies, one for students who began at Barts and another for those from The London.

This is a unique opportunity for medical and dental students who have studied for either three, four, five or six years at Barts and The London, to see each other graduate at this ceremony. The Rites of Passage is a time to celebrate not only the academic successes but also other achievements throughout their time at university.
