This semester, I was entrusted again to be part of the invigilator team. I've got 8 days of invigilating this time. On the first day, the exam was an open book exam. What kind of exam is this. The lecturer just as well give all the answer to their student. On the second day, one student was caught with notes written on his calculator. Some students never learn. The Return Of Jack Frost...

Today, England was hit by a freak snow storm due to the high pressure from the Arctic and Siberia. It swoops down from Scotland and slowly making its way towards the south. Driving in untreated road was slippery and it does not help with the presence of black ice. Councils try to grit the surface but the oncoming snow made it worthless. BBC weather forecast that there will be more snow on the way this week ...

Boxing Day Shopping Spree...

Today we went to Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield for boxing day. We went there early as it took us one hour drive to get there. There are construction work on the M1 highway which require us to drive 50 mph from Junction 25 to Junction 31. As we reached Meadowhall, we went straight to River Island and bought me a bag. Then Atie went to Debenham and bought herself a new stir fry wok. At noon, the crowd are getting busier and we decided to go to the nearby Mosque and preformed our prayers. Then we head to Nando's for lunch. After lunch, we then realize that there is a halal Subway's next to Nando's. We bought some sandwich for dinner.

Hasil tangkapan boxing day...Atie tak sabar nak makan ayam panggang...Sedapnyee...Ayam dah habis, nak lagi...

Got Our Car Back...

After three weeks in the garage due to the valve failure, we finally got our car back. It was a big job as the mechanics need to open up the engine bay and took it to the Mercedes dealer to pinpoint which valve was stuck and have to order the new parts from them as well. After refitting the engine, they again have to plug in the car to the Mercedes computer software to make sure everything was fine again. The drive was totally different from when we first bought it. We went to Nottingham today as Atie had to hand in her Managing Information and Knowledge assignment...
